For Your eSignToday Account

eSignToday is a service created and managed by ClearNow. eSignToday is a service that enables you to turn existing documents into online documents that can be easily esigned. By creating a eSignToday account, you agree to be bound by the following eSignToday’s Terms of Use:

1. Parties: These terms control the relationship between ClearNow/eSignToday and you. These terms do not create any third party beneficiary rights.
2. Account: Keep your password confidential to protect your eSignToday account. You are responsible for the activity that happens on, in, or through your account.
3. Documents: Documents you create or convert and save in your eSignToday account belong to you. While eSignToday and ClearNow make all reasonable attempts to protect your information, you do not hold eSignToday or ClearNow liable for any information that may be lost, stolen, changed, or misused. It is your responsibility to include, if necessary, required and/or appropriate language related to the validity and authenticity of your documents including but not limited to the use of electronic signatures.
4. Termination: ClearNow reserves the right to terminate your account and/or usage of your eSignToday account at will, for any reason, and at any time.
5. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold ClearNow, ClearNow affiliates, ClearNow vendors, eSignToday, and ClearNow's directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents harmless, from and against all claims, actions, proceedings, damages and costs (including attorney's fees) related to or arising out of any reason, including but not limited to, (i) your access to and use of eSignToday; (ii) your breach of eSignToday’s Terms of Use, including, but not limited to, any infringement by you of the copyright or intellectual property rights of any third party; or (iii) any products or services purchased or obtained by you in connection with eSignToday. ClearNow, ClearNow affiliates, ClearNow vendors, eSignToday, and ClearNow's directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents do not make any promises about the service, including but not limited to, content, functionality, reliability, or availability nor are they or will be responsible for lost revenues, profits, data, financial losses, or damages of any kind.
   The sale, modification, distribution, transmission, or reproduction of any portion of ClearNow, eSignToday, its services, or websites is prohibited.
6. Changes: eSignToday’s Terms of Use are subject to change at any time and for any reason. The most current version of eSignToday’s Terms of Use apply, and it is posted on eSignToday.com. You should regularly check for the most current version. If you continue to use eSignToday after changes to eSignToday’s Terms of Use, then your continued use deems to have accepted those changes. If you do not agree to changes to eSignToday’s Terms of Use, then you must stop using eSignToday.com.
